I just returned from a meeting with a potential client. They're moving from dotNet to Drupal, and need some consultancy. After the meeting I said I was sincerely happy they'd chosen Drupal, because I would like to see Drupal grow in the Netherlands. Not just because of my business, but because I care.

The client's reply: You never hear something like that being said about Microsoft, do you?

Do you know that feeling when you have more expertise than those helpdesk employees you're trying to explain your problem? But you need them to set your call through to someone who does know shit? And they are trying their best to help you but have absolutely no idea what you're talking about or what to do with it?

That feeling, I wonder if there's a name for it...
