gaele's blogOpen SourceI just returned from a meeting with a potential client. They're moving from dotNet to Drupal, and need some consultancy. After the meeting I said I was sincerely happy they'd chosen Drupal, because I would like to see Drupal grow in the Netherlands. Not just because of my business, but because I care. The client's reply: You never hear something like that being said about Microsoft, do you? Do you know that feeling?Do you know that feeling when you have more expertise than those helpdesk employees you're trying to explain your problem? But you need them to set your call through to someone who does know shit? And they are trying their best to help you but have absolutely no idea what you're talking about or what to do with it? That feeling, I wonder if there's a name for it... Now excuse me while I'm going to 060606Did you know that today's date is the hexadecimal number of the Beast? Coincidently (?) it's a very darkish dark. OMG WTF !?!The GTF, which stands for GPL'ed (which stands for General Public License) TLA (which stands for Three-Letter Abbreviation) FAQ (which stands for Frequently Asked Questions), contains over 20000 TLA's. Very useful for those working in ICT (Information and Communications Technology). This whole GTF makes me wonder, though: who can make an FCP (Fully Comprehensible Posting) with the highest TDF (TLA Density Factor)?
