//ING (a Dutch bank with international exposure) is one of the supporters of //SCO; the company that attacks IBM, linux, Linus and the free world as we know it. If you have been living under a rock for the last 1/2 year and dont know what this Intelectual Property case is all about, or think there are more shades of grey than the evil black (Micro$oft) and the deep blue (IBM/Linux), you might want to check out the excellent //groklaw site to learn why should take a stand here.
You are either for the free world or against it; there is no in between here. And ING is against the free world. They //own 1% of the bad //SCOX stock, hoping to make a profit by bashing Linux and trashing Intelectual Property (yes, that includes the GPL) rights. Blood money from a company that hardly //sells any software or service anymore, but is just a big soap bubble, waiting to pop. The "leaders" of this bubble have know this for a long time have been //bailing out for a long time as well.
What company wants management that only sells stock instead of service and doest buy its own dogfood (Purchases N/A, Sales 159,000). See also some earlier rants about //[sco] on willy.
So if ING is on the darkside here, what should we as consumers do? Should we google bomb the word ING towards a Microsoft bashing page, SCO or some obscure pron page?
Or just forget about the whole thing, ING is just in for the money and money is green and colorblind? They //are using linux after all...?
I am labeling this action: What is SCO-ING on?
