Re: Betr.: Re: in mail does NOT mean REPLY

Even the correct translation, in Dutch 'Betr.', from betreft, meaning 'concerning', breaks in most clients.
Worse (FAR worse) is when clients rip out the threading headers, in-reply-to. My client is fairly smart, and uses some fuzzy logic to group these none-the-less, but if both the subj and the in-reply-to headers are foobared then, chances are big I will never reply to you (because your mail got lost inbetween the other 100K sitting in my 200+ directories).
